At SKT, we strive to deliver high-quality mangoes that meet your expectations. As fresh produce, mangoes are perishable, and we want to ensure the best experience for our customers.

Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and how we handle refunds.

Due to the perishable nature of mangoes and fresh produce, we do not offer refunds for mangoes once delivered, unless the product is defective, spoiled, or damaged during delivery.

If you receive damaged or spoiled mangoes:

• Contact Us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Please send us a photo of the damaged goods along with your order details.

• We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

If your order is incorrect or items are missing:

• Contact Us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide your order number and details about the issue.

• We will work to resolve the issue, either by sending the correct items or offering a refund.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• We aim to complete refunds within 5-7 business days after approving the request.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error in fulfilling the order.

• Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us immediately after placing the order.

• After Shipment: Orders for fresh produce cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched for delivery.

• We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on mangoes if:

• The product has been mishandled or improperly stored by the customer.

• The product has been consumed or altered in any way.

• The customer fails to follow any storage or handling instructions provided.
