These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of fresh mangoes and related products ("Products") from us.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• We sell fresh mangoes imported from India.

• All products are subject to availability. Seasonal nature may affect stock.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

• All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of German reduced VAT for fresh fruits (7%).

• Prices do not include shipping costs, which are shown separately at checkout.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order.

• By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

• A contract is formed when you receive an Order Confirmation email from us.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for valid reasons (e.g., fraud suspicion, stock issues).

• Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the available payment methods

• Orders are processed only after receipt of payment.

• We offer delivery within Germany.

• Delivery times are estimates and depend on logistics partners.

• Pickup options are available at selected locations. Details are shown at checkout.

• We take utmost care to ensure that mangoes are fresh and of premium quality.

• As fresh produce is perishable, slight variations in size, color, and ripeness are natural.

• Important Note:

• As per § 312g (2) No. 2 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for perishable goods like fresh mangoes.

• Once delivered, returns or refunds are only possible if the goods are defective or spoiled on arrival.

• If you receive defective goods, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide photos and a description of the issue.

• We will offer a replacement or refund where justified.

• We are not liable for damages arising from improper storage or delayed pickup by the customer.

• Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

• We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy  

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

• Place of jurisdiction for disputes is Munich, Germany.

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

• Changes will be posted on the website and apply from the date of posting.
