We offer delivery across Germany, with mangoes carefully packed to minimize damage during transport. The delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on our logistics partners and destination. Pickup is possible from Neuperlach. We will reach out once your order is placed to schedule a convenient date and time. We are also flexible with pickup in case of large orders. Reach out to us and we will try our best.

Your mangoes may arrive semi-ripe to maintain freshness during delivery. To ripen them perfectly: 1. Keep mangoes at room temperature 2. Place them in a paper bag or fruit basket 3. Avoid refrigeration until fully ripe They usually ripen in 2–4 days.

If your mangoes arrive damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and assist you.
